DLO vigorously represents their clientÂ’s interests by initial attorney evaluation of each file, advising the client accordingly and quickly filing on meritorious matters. Case loads are easily maintained with the latest in computer software, professional staff and experience. Uninsured/underinsured defendants are given the option of paying judgments through monthly installments. Our collections department manages individual debtor accounts aggressively by using the latest in collection software to insure our clients are paid.
Our geographical area of concentration is Dallas and Fort Worth. However, we will also file lawsuits and travel to any jurisdiction within the State of Texas on a case-by-case basis with the clientÂ’s approval of necessary travel expenses. DLO advances the costs for legal services, including, but not limited to: Filing Fees; Service Fees; Location Services; Deposition Costs; Mediation Costs; and, Travel Expenses. DLO bears any miscellaneous costs such as postage and copying. Other costs are billed after work is performed. Travel expenses incurred for cases filed within 50 miles of Dallas County are covered by DLO.
